The ideal candidate will have superior analytical skills, excel in a fast-paced environment, and possess a meticulous attention to detail.Duties:Fight for clients to win the largest settlements and verdicts achievable in various worker rights violation cases.Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Develop strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients.Take and defend depositions.Develop and form arguments and represent clients in wage and hour matters.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure effective case management.Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and legal advice.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.5+ years of experience in Employment Class Action litigation.Superior analytical and legal research skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to negotiate, research, and communicate effectively.Ability to exercise common sense in complex situations.Adaptable with meticulous attention to detail.Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.Ability to reliably commute to or planning to relocate to Irvine, CA (92618).Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.Skills:Proficiency in drafting and preparing legal documents.Strong legal research and analytical skills.Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and court personnel.Commitment to providing high-quality client service and legal representation.Benefits:Generous bonus structure.Paid time off and paid holidays.Opportunities for growth and advancement.Team outings and sponsored events.Referral bonus program.Firm-paid Medical, Dental Vision HMO with low-cost upgrades.Paid Life and ADD insurance.401k plan.Flexible Spending Account (FSA).Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Pet Insurance.
