West Creek 8 (12080), United States of America, Richmond, VirginiaSenior Director, Card Finance - CFO of MainstreetWe are looking for a dynamic leader and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of our Mainstreet Card business, which includes both Core Mainstreet as well as New to Credit. The Mainstreet business 1) is a material contributor to our Card and Capital One P&L and 2) is front and center in our commitment to both provide access to credit across the entire consumer credit spectrum and help customers use credit wisely.This individual will have three direct reports and lead a team of 11 financial analysts, ranging in level from junior analyst through Director. This individual will work directly with the Mainstreet Card Leadership Team, the Card Finance Leadership Team, and key senior leaders across Finance disciplines including Controllers, Corporate Planning, Balance Sheet & Capital Planning and Investor Relations.A successful candidate will be able to:Actively shape and contribute to our team and broader FP&A and Finance cultureRecruit and develop high performing talentBe a strategic thought partner and advisor with senior business leadersGenerate ongoing analytical insights into business performance, the P&L and the consumerDevelop and deliver insightful and influential senior management presentationsSupport and influence senior business leaders including members of the Executive Committee (EC)Balance analytics and judgment, think beyond Card and influence Corporate decision makingChallenge the status-quo and create well-managed sustainable processesBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or military experienceAt last 12 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)At least 6 years of experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) functionAt least 5 years of people management experiencePreferred Qualifications:Experience working in or partnering with the Card businessMaster's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master's Degree in Finance14+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)10+ years of experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function10+ years of people management experience including both direct & indirect reportsAbility to build and manage robust financial models within modern infrastructureChartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licenseAt this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this positionThe minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $236,800 - $270,300 for Sr. Director, Financial MgtCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
