Key Responsibilities: Develop Tableau and Power BI dashboards to provide visibility into data and performance trends Create business solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and management of operating organizatins Collaborate with key business stakeholders to understand organizational needs and gather dashboard requirements Work with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and IT to ensure data view tables and data sources are accurate and efficient Translate detailed business requirements into technical specifications/System Requirement Specifications (SRS) Describe system interface and business process specifications This is an hourly position with opportunity for overtime. **All Candidates Must be Authorized to Legally Work in the US Without Sponsorship** Mandatory Qualifications: (Please read carefully. They MUST be shown on your resume) 2-5 years of experience in visual analytics Proficient in gathering requirements and creating user stories with business users Expertise in Azure DevOps or similar sprint management tools Advanced skills in Tableau Desktop and Power BI, including dashboard creation, report authoring, troubleshooting, and data source management Proficient in SQL for writing and editing queries Experience building and publishing interactive dashboards on the Tableau Server Knowledge of scheduling dashboard for automatic data refresh Skilled in data blending and creating action filters, parameters, and calculations for dashboards and worksheets in Tableau Experience in testing, cleaning, and standardizing data to meet business standards Preferred Skills: Well-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple assignments Excellent oral and written communication skills Comfortable working directly with business users and IT team members 3+ years of experience with C#, .Net, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery Advanced Power BI Experience in Agile database development and management Proficient in Azure SQL Database and ADO $500 Referral Fee Program Earn extra cash while helping your friends!VTS3 will pay you up to $500.00 for each person you refer to us and we place into a contract or full-time position.
