Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation for both residential and commercial projects. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to meet project objectives. Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure financial guidelines are met. Conduct risk assessments, identify potential issues, and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the project lifecycle. Foster a positive and productive team environment, providing leadership and support to project teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to enhance project opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field is strongly preferred, but not required. Experience in Countertop/Surface Cladding and/or Millwork (Division 6) is a significant advantage. Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with a successful track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding of construction project management principles, techniques, and best practices. Demonstrated ability to think critically, identifying and solving problems before they adversely affect performance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure. Proficiency in project management software and Google Workspace.
