Job Requirements: Requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Life Sciences, Biopharma, Chemical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related role. Alternatively, the employer would accept a Masters degree in Life Sciences, Biopharma, Chemical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or a related role. Requires three (3) years of experience in the following: Research & Development, clinical and manufacturing areas of the pharmaceutical industry. Request for Information and Request for Proposal, and customer success management in life science or pharmaceutical industry. Requirement and market analysis. Requires two (2) years of experience in the following: Project management, consulting, solution implementation and business development. Database proficiency: Oracle, or SQL Server. Operating System: Unix or Windows. Software Development Process: Waterfall and Agile. Regulatory knowledge on 21 CFR part 11, part 58 (GLP), 210 and 211 (GMP), and 820 (Quality System Regulations). Office Productivity Tools: MS Project, VISIO, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or MS SharePoint. At least two (2) of the following tools: EDC systems, CTMS systems, data warehousing tools, LIMS systems, ELN platforms, research informatics platforms, database tools, reporting platforms, or Analytical Instruments utilized in manufacturing and quality control laboratories. Telecommuting is allowed one day per week. Travel and work at client sites as assigned. 40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm.
