This role offers an exciting opportunity for an attorney with a strong track record in personal injury law, leadership skills, and business development acumen. The ideal candidate will take charge of the department, managing cases and mentoring junior staff while contributing to the firm’s growth and success.Duties:Lead and manage the Personal Injury department.Handle personal injury cases from start to finish, including client consultations, case strategy, litigation, and settlements.Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and support staff to ensure high-quality legal services.Build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners.Generate new business through networking, marketing, and community involvement.Ensure all cases are handled in accordance with legal and ethical standards.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Nevada State Bar (active and in good standing).At least 7 years of experience in personal injury law.Proven ability to manage a caseload independently and generate new business.Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior staff.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Strong organizational skills and a commitment to client service and ethical legal practice.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Nevada State Bar.Skills:Expertise in personal injury law.Leadership and team management skills.Strong business development and networking abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication.Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines effectively.Dedication to ethical practice and client service. Representing clients throughout the Southern Nevada Region, this firm specializes in criminal defense and family law practice areas. The firm has litigated over two thousand cases and has earned a reputation for professionalism and knowledge.
