West Creek 1 (12071), United States of America, Richmond, VirginiaSenior Associate, Financial Analysis - OneStream Planning and ReportingWe are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to support this team - with a focus on our OneStream application for Planning and Reporting. Specifically, this role will help users re-imagine their future state processes and tools in an "Finance Product & Data Solutions" world centered around automation and on-demand availability of data and results. Ultimately, this role will effectively influence and implement process enhancements and ensure well managed monthly processes. Position will also entail: Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of our system, which including activities, risks and issues, assumptions and dependenciesOwning the underlying application, governance, and control supporting the planning processes at Capital OneProviding timely status and risks updates to stakeholders and POD leadershipCollaborating in an Agile environment to drive towards process improvements andOther duties as assignedOur ideal candidate has strong problem solving, strategic thinking, and customer focus skills. Additionally, we seek a team player with excellent communication skills and a results-oriented, positive attitude. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or military experienceAt least 1 year of experience in financial analysis, financial systems, accounting, or financial modelingAt least 1 year of experience with an Enterprise Performance Mgt tool Preferred Qualifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license1+ years of experience with OneStream software application, Hyperion, or similar software2+ years' experience in financial analysis, financial systems, accounting, financial modeling, or forecasting1+ years of Agile methodology experienceAt this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.Capital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being.
