In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation and analysis of a wide variety of financial and other reports, including quarterly SEC filings, the annual report, and the proxy statement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US GAAP, SEC, and ERISA reporting, with experience in a Big 4 public accounting environment servicing consumer products or manufacturing clients. If you are a detail:oriented, analytical thinker with a passion for financial reporting and analysis, we encourage you for this exciting opportunity What you will do: :Prepare and analyze SEC filings (10:K, 10:Q, 8:K) with XBRL tagging, and Benefit Plan financial statements (11:K, ERISA):Ensure compliance with Section 404 of the Sarbanes:Oxley Act:Conduct research on technical accounting and business issues, sharing findings, ad:hoc analyses, and recommendations as needed:Maintain and communicate current and new accounting policies to global finance team:Coordinate and administer the global external audit:Prepare reports, presentations, and analyses to communicate financial data to senior leaders Required Qualifications: :Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting:Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in US GAAP, SEC, and ERISA reporting, preferably in a Big 4 public accounting environment servicing consumer products or manufacturing clients:Experience with financial reporting software such as Workiva or Hyperion:Strong technical accounting skills, including understanding of US GAAP and SEC regulations:Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines:Exceptional written and oral communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop solutions Preferred Qualifications: :MBA or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting:CPA certification Compensation and BenefitsSalary Range 92, : , USD Pay is based on multiple non:discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job:related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location.
