The Hermitage Club at Haystack Mountain is looking for a Seasonal Food & Beverage Manager to lead our front-of-house team and ensure our members enjoy top-notch service and hospitality. What You'll Do: As the Seasonal Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage department, ensuring every member and guest receives a seamless and high-quality dining experience. This hands-on role includes: Guest Engagement: Circulating through dining and bar areas, engaging with guests and addressing their needs to create a welcoming atmosphere. Team Leadership: Training, supervising, and supporting our front-of-house team, leading pre-shift meetings, and ensuring top-tier service. Operational Oversight: Maintaining high standards for cleanliness, service flow, and operational efficiency to keep the dining areas running smoothly. Inventory & Stock Maintenance: Monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and coordinating with kitchen and bar teams to ensure availability of quality products. Safety & Compliance: Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed by all staff, maintaining a clean and compliant work environment. What We're Looking For: Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in food & beverage management or supervisory roles in hospitality. Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills, with the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license with no restrictions; must pass a satisfactory MVR check. Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for extended periods and assist with various tasks. Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays, is required. Why Join Us?
