Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required. Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Wharton, NJ. The ideal candidate will work with students to enhance their communication skills and support their academic and social development. Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students specific needs. Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students using evidence-based practices. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress. Maintain detailed and accurate records of student evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress. Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations for accommodations and interventions. Educate and assist school staff and parents in strategies to support students speech and language development. Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid New Jersey SLP license. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Experience in a school setting is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
