You're the talent scout, recruiting, training, and effortlessly handling conflicts and client concerns with professionalism and flair. QUALIFICATIONS Ability to lead by example and resolve challenges with professionalism Ability to bring out the best in others by being the best yourself in training, developing your team, creating a positive work environment, providing guidance on business and technical competency matters, and keeping the salon's bottom line in mind A current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Tech-savviness with the ability to perform administrative tasks Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive movements, occasionally lifting 10-25 lbs WORK SCHEDULE We close at 7 pm, so you'll never have to work a late night!
