THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A SALON LEADER TRAINER As a Salon Leader, Trainer you play a crucial role in ensuring that our future professionals are salon-ready by overseeing education calendars, training the learning leader team, and staying updated on state regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the quality and consistency of our educational programs, collaborating closely with the management team to prioritize the success of our students.
