As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's services to potential clients. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for the company. The ideal candidate will have a solid sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques- Identify potential clients and develop a sales strategy to reach them- Present and demonstrate our services to potential clients- Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our services to clients- Negotiate and close sales deals- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies- Maintain a thorough understanding of our services, industry trends, and competition- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the companySkills/Qualifications:- High School Diploma with experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- Proven track record of successful sales experience- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Knowledge of the contract industry is a plus- Willingness to travel for sales meetings and conferencesIf you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!
