We are seeking a talented full-time Sales Coach to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service to our valued clients. This position offers a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm . As a Sales Coach, your day will be focused on guiding and supporting our team members to deliver outstanding service. You will be responsible for holding team members accountable to specific standards on every call, guiding them to follow established processes and procedures, and tracking team member activities during appointments/calls via software and procedures. Additionally, you will create replacement or corrective option solutions in "live" interactions, qualify clients for turnover opportunities, and present and sell solutions with team members via electronic and video interactive software. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in residential plumbing and drains sales or a compatible service role Strong leadership and mentoring skills Superior written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Slack, Service Titan, and Microsoft Office Suite READY TO APPLY?
