Compensation: • Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000• Expected yearly earnings including commissions: $100,000 - $150,000• Mileage benefit - gas and toll allowance• Paid Time Off Responsibilities:• Establish and maintain strong relationships with medical doctors, clinic staff, and medical assistants to promote our customized medication solutions• Actively engage with healthcare professionals and confidently communicate the benefits of our products and services• Conduct sales presentations to doctors and key executives, highlighting the value of our tailored medications• Address objections and concerns effectively, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of our products and services• Leverage relevant product experience to enhance the sales process and build trust with potential clients• Demonstrate the skillset of a top-performing salesperson, including relationship building, lead conversion, and pipeline management• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market insights to identify opportunities for business growth Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)• Proven track record in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, with a strong network of medical professionals• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all levels of the healthcare industry• Confidence in handling objections and the ability to articulate the unique value proposition of our products• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to identify potential sales opportunities• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets• Relevant product experience in the pharmaceutical or compounding pharmacy industry is a plus• RN or CMA preferred• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within and outside the Homestead area for client meetings and sales activities Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 at plan About Company: Condo Enterprises, founded and owned by Claude Condo, is a diverse group of companies dedicated to improving lives and communities.
