Our Opportunity – Sales Representative (Midwest Area Market) Sales New Account Development Market Multiple Manufacturers (i.e. PIP, GP, ICP, DuraFlex, Res-Tek, etc.) Cradle to Grave: Sell, Order Materials, Project Manage, Close Out Projects with GG Admin Staff The Territorial Manager performs various tasks to ensure growth, revenue, and profitability of Resinous Flooring Installations in MN, WI, ND, and IA. Critical to the success of the position include: Customer lead generations, obtaining sales within assigned region, revenue growth and market penetration, expense management, existing customer management and new customer development. Key duties include: In coordination with the Midwest VP, manage pricing strategies and customer targets. Develop, maintain relationships and provide technical support to architects, builders, flooring contractors, and general contractors throughout the region. Promote and increase product awareness through presentations, job site visits, phone conversations, and e-mail communications. Provide technical support for general contractors, flooring contractors and architects. Source and follow up on leads for a variety of construction projects. Ideal candidate should have: Have 5+ years in Resinous Flooring industry. Enjoy customer service and developing long lasting relationships. Have ability to be versatile and work independently while still operating within a team environment. Proven track record of managing sales; including meeting regional sales financial objectives, utilizes forecasting; preparing annual budgets; and scheduling sales and marketing expenditures, while implementing change when needed. Have excellent customer service and presentation skills. Able to quickly build trusted, honest relationships with current and new customers at multiple levels within a business. Quickly take action on customer concerns, investigate situations and recommend solutions. Advanced MS Office skills. What’s In It For Me?
