The Rustman Group is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, individual contributor role that offers the opportunity to work from home and receive comprehensive training. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our products and services in the Metamora, Illinois area.Compensation & Benefits:This is a commissioned based role with a competitive compensation package. In addition, we offer benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. The Rustman Group also provides ongoing training and professional development opportunities for personal and career growth.Responsibilities:1. Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve individual and team sales targets2. Prospect and cold call potential customers in the Metamora, Illinois area3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers and promote our products and services4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support5. Follow up on leads and actively engage with potential customers to close sales6. Monitor market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition7. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on sales metrics to managementRequirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software5. Ability to work independently and remotely6. Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation7.
