APEX Roofing UNCAPPED PAY POTENTIAL! Introduction to Apex / Sales Experience in residential or commercial roofing sales is a plus Excellent relationship and communication skills Excellent negotiation skills Clean, neat, professional appearance Must have reliable transportation Responsibilities will include running leads, prospecting, estimating projects, measuring roofs, creating work orders, taking pictures, and good communication with the customers and other staff members.' Prospect and identify new customer leads, build customer relationships, and develop a strong sales pipeline. Develop leads through personal marketing in conjunction with company marketing plans Follow up on sales leads, close deals and provide customer service Meet with homeowners Educate customers on the life cycle of the roofing build Inspect roofs and property to determine the scope of damage and need for repair Work with insurance companies, attend adjuster meetings Assist customers in selecting materials and colors for the job Create Material Orders and Work Orders Develop referrals and generate positive reviews Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed May perform other duties as assigned Primary Customer Experience / Project Management Must be able to lift 70 pounds Collect payment for services Make sure material is ordered and scheduled for delivery Ensure job is set-up in CRM with all required information Start to Finish Project Management Create and maintain Project schedule, both internally (including white board schedule) and for Customer Ensure crew knows they are scheduled for the job Coordinate job mobilization Coordinate material delivery if needed Support Collections until final payment and retainage are received Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
