Sales Manager

Description:
As Sales Manager you will learn and complete basic sales and administrative training, receive leadership development, be responsible for future supervisory responsibilities, and maintain and teach key functions of the business such as customer service, development and management, new consumer business acquisition, recruiting, marketing, sales training and customer retention. We will train individuals to learn a variety of skills from customer service, training, recruiting, sales management and leadership. As a fast-paced company we continue to set the standard for excellence in client acquisition and customer retention by marketing to existing and new clients.Responsibilities in Sales Management include:Oversee the production staff of the agency in goal setting and sales training Provide training and assistance to sales personnel to achieve sales goalsRecruit new producers to the agencyCommunicate to the sales staff the expectations of the management of the agency Make sure that sales goals are being achievedCoordinate marketing efforts with Marketing Coordinator and Agency Manager Provide training to develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed Understanding prospects' needs and identifying sales opportunities Explaining and demonstrating the benefits of our services Ability to achieve high sales targetsHaving a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team!Qualifications To apply for this position you must clearly demonstrate the following:Great interpersonal skills and social competencyLeadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire othersProfessional demeanor, organized and reliableTime ManagementAbility to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environmentSales management experience or a client-facing background is a plusProven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behaviorExcellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listeningDriven and goal-oriented individual.Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.People interested should have experience in one of the following roles:Marketing manager, Marketing communications, Sales marketing, Sales Management, Business Development, Training & Team Leadership, Business Administration, Business Development, Business Management, Customer Service, Customer Service Management, and be seeking a full-time job or full time careerBenefits:Training providedNo management experience is requiredWeekly compensationGenerous bonus structureHealth insurance reimbursementDynamic team environment Associated topics: director of sales, leader, management, manager, principal, sales executive, sales leader, sales management, team leader, territory manager
