As a Sales Manager for PSS Services and Honeywell EnterpriseMobility here at Honeywell, you will lead a team focused on driving sales andrevenue growth in the US&C region. Your primary focus will be on promotingand selling PSS Services and Honeywell Enterprise Mobility solutions tocustomers in the transportation, logistics, warehousing, and retail industries. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenueand profitability targets for PSS Services and Honeywell Enterprise Mobilitysolutions. * Lead and motivate a sales team to drive customeracquisition, retention, and growth. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities, includingexpanding market share and penetrating new verticals. * Build and maintain strong relationships with keycustomers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, includingmarketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure customersatisfaction and drive business growth. YOU MUST HAVE * 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or software industry.* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.* Knowledge of the transportation, logistics, warehousing, and retail industries.
