Requirements: Young minded and money motivated Excellent ability to build rapport and relationships with prospects Advanced skills in selling and negotiating Competitive, disciplined and results oriented Computer/zoom/social media savvy Former athletes are desired Roles and Responsibilities : Calling warm leads, scheduling appointments with clients Presenting insurance products and benefits packages over Zoom video call Sell and up sell insurance to new and existing clients Report daily numbers Accomplishing and exceeding daily and weekly goals Train, coach and lead new agents The ideal candidate is results:driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about contributing to top:line revenue growth We are currently looking to fill an Entry:Level Sales Management position within our company. We are a subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company, well established with a solid business and marketing model, looking to expand within the MA area over the next 1:2 years. We only promote from within, and it is based on personal performance, not on seniority. We are family oriented, and we offer a supportive and encouraging work environment. Entry level associate and fast:track management positions are available. First year associates yearly earnings between 65K and 100k respectively. We are training our leaders to earn six figures in their first 1:2 years in the business. Earnings are uncapped due to weekly bonuses, commission advances and recruiting bonuses and 100 are performance based in all levels of the career.
