Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced freight specialists/brokers to support various projects and initiatives. This internship is designed to provide valuable real-world experience and professional development opportunities in your field. Key Responsibilities: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints. Input data into tracking system, spreadsheets or databases. Build and develop a thorough understanding of logistics and 3PL industry. Prepare reports and other documentation as needed. Participate in meetings and contribute insights and suggestions. Support day-to-day operations and sales tasks as required. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a business related, supply chain or management courses. Strong interest in logistics or transportation and eagerness to learn. Must have excellent phone and email communication skills and ability to multitask. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Solid understanding of MS Office, Windows, and basic business software Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
