Field Trainer for In-Home Sales If you have successful experience with in-home sales, preferably in Home Improvements and feel you can coach others to success, then we'd like to talk to you. Job Duties (including but not limited to): Coach current teams, between 5 different offices in northern Indiana, including one in Illinois, effective communication, and sales process. Lead by example - using the process and methods taught. Job Requirements MUST HAVE IN-HOME SALES EXPERIENCE PREFERABLY WITH HOME IMPROVEMENTS! Understand and be able to teach value-added selling. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift and maneuver equipment up to 75 lbs. Must be able to crawl, climb, kneel, squat, bend and reach overhead Must be able to climb and work on ladders
