The Sales Development Representative will be the front line in generating and qualifying leads to support our sales team, ensuring we deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive business success. Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 1-3 years of experience in a sales development, lead generation, or similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to identify and engage potential customers and move them through the early stages of the sales process. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools Highly motivated, self-starter with a proven ability to meet or exceed goals. Key Responsibilities: Conduct research to identify potential prospects, using tools like LinkedIn, industry databases, and other sources. Reach out to potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social media to initiate relationships and qualify leads. Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team by understanding prospects’ needs and aligning them with the company’s solutions. Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and improve outreach efforts. Track and manage leads in the CRM system, ensuring all relevant information is up to date. Report on outreach activities, qualified leads, and progress towards sales targets. Continuously learn and stay updated on the company’s product offerings, market trends, and competitive landscape.
