As we continue to grow, Bobby Rahal Motorcar is looking for a full-time Sales Consultant to join our team! If you are a hard-working, motivated individual who wants to represent one of the industry's leading brands, Mercedes-Benz, we would like to speak with you!In order for us to best serve our clients, evening and Saturday availability is a requirement for this position. As a Sales Consultant, you will: Cultivate and maintain a relationship with clients, before and after the sale, exhibiting a high level of client satisfaction. Set and exceed personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team. Be an expert in the products you represent, able to fully explain the features, functions and benefits while building value in the product. Consistently seek and attend vehicle and technology training. Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible. Know and understand state, federal, and local laws that govern retail automobile sales. What are the general requirements for a Sales Consultant? We are looking for a positive, energetic person who wants to be a part of a team that is dedicated to delivering outstanding service to our clients. College degree or equivalent combination of education and luxury or sales experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of ownership, accountability and initiative. Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence to succeed in a commission-based environment. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. What are my rewards and benefits?
