A company is looking for a Sales Compensation Analyst. Key Responsibilities: Administer Xactly Compensation Tool and manage data feeds Analyze and distribute standard reports, create trend reports, and provide support to Compensation Manager Handle end-to-end process of creating and distributing compensation plans, and assist in ongoing review of sales incentive programs Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience with CRM tool and understanding of Sales data Ability to learn and be a subject matter expert on Xactly Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience in the software industry preferred
