As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in driving new membership sales, fostering meaningful relationships with potential members, and ensuring a seamless sales process that results in membership conversions. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and support in retaining our valued existing members. Previous boutique fitness knowledge or experience is preferred, but not required. ABOUT BODY FIT TRAINING: Body Fit Training is the hottest new fitness franchise with advanced group training methodology. We've incorporated scientifically proven strength training techniques into a variety of 50-minute training sessions that are run by accredited coaches in a dynamic group environment. BFT is science backed personal training in a group atmosphere. Our cutting-edge, globally superior technology combined with our elite periodized programming that incorporates heart rate specific training make us both different and better. With over 300 locations globally since 2018, we’re a brand on the move. REQUIREMENTS: 1 year of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred Strongly self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results oriented Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required Must have excellent organization, strong communication and interpersonal skills in person and over the phone Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail Must have genuine hospitality and passion for people Proficiency with computers and Studio software Must have flexibility for a non-traditional schedule including some holiday, early-morning, late evenings, and weekend availability PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able and willing to move workout equipment, and perform minor maintenance Must be willing to clean the studio, bathrooms, lobby, etc. Must be able to lift up to 30lbs RESPONSIBILITIES: Membership and retail sales Provide exceptional level of customer service at the studio to existing members via face-to-face service, phone and email Execute sales and hospitality process of first time member experience, follow up, and close Lead generation including Grassroots Marketing and networking Work collaboratively with studio management and franchise owner(s) Become proficient at ClubReady software to troubleshoot client account inquiries and possible sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio STUDIO LOCATION: 2727 Main Street Suite 630, Frisco, TX 75036 INSTAGRAM: @BFT_WESTFRISCO PERKS: This position offers a very competitive base rate; based on experience & performance Commission paid on individual sales Opportunity to bonus, based on performance Unlimited growth potential within the company PAY: $14 - $16 Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week Powered by JazzHR
