Job Title Sales and Marketing Director – Events Venue Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 + Bonus Location: London This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Director to join the dynamic team at a Conference and Events Venue in London. The Sales and Marketing Director will be responsible for creating and implementing the sales and marketing strategy across the site in order to drive awareness and achieve pre-determined revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop innovative, effective and creative sales strategies Build and maintain strong relationships Overall responsibility for lead generation and development of new business Manage, motivate and educate a team to develop their skills in sales Prepare regular budget and management reports Meet with key clients to ensure relationships and maintained and nurtured Identify new revenue or brand expansion opportunities across the business Liaise and work closely with all departments and external agencies Skills and Experience: A proven track record leading sales & marketing teams within the hospitality sector Excellent London Events knowledge Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
