LINK Media is looking for a Sales Account Manager to help us deliver exceptional service to our sponsors and advertisers. We need someone with experience in sales, networking, communications and account management. We're a startup, so everyone we hire is a critical member of the team, and must be willing to work quickly, accept that we don't have everything figured out, remain flexible, and above all else, understand that what we are creating is bigger than any one person, or personality. Salary : $40,000 - $45,000 base plus quarterly performance bonuses What We Expect from You: Relationship management. Attend final sales meetings with enterprise-level partners with the Sales Executive to introduce yourself and take over relationship management Onboarding . Take all new enterprise-level partners, sponsors and advertisers through our onboarding process, ensuring they understand their benefits and how communication flows through our team Upselling . Take ownership of current partner relationships, managing requests, following up on needed documentation, and assisting with promotion of additional product sales Reporting . Create and disseminate monthly reporting for advertisers Check-ins . Schedule and hold quarterly update meetings with enterprise-level partners Repeat sales . Attend renewal meetings with the Sales Executive who closed the account Networking . Attend networking events in NKY and Cincinnati to promote LINK and find new potential LINK partners Creativity . Assist with the creation and deployment of sponsored content from our partners Show up . Attend daily sales Work in Progress meetings and weekly sales meeting Don't be a jerk . There's no room for jerks on our sales team, or in our newsroom. Skills We Need You to Have: Experience in sales account management Strong business writing and speaking skills Comfortable at social, government, and networking events No degree needed, but one in business or marketing wouldn't hurt Did we mention you shouldn't be a jerk?
