If you’re energetic, enjoy working outdoors, and have strong communication skills, this is an exciting opportunity to grow with a leader in the exterior restoration industry. What We Offer : Competitive Pay : $17/hour base rate, with uncapped commission opportunities. Flexible Scheduling : Afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts available; full-time and part-time options. Training & Support : Comprehensive training program to ensure your success and opportunities for career advancement. Responsibilities : Conduct door-to-door outreach to engage homeowners and schedule appointments for our sales team. Distribute promotional materials and generate leads for our roofing, siding, and gutter services. Represent Aspen Contracting at community events and trade shows, showcasing our services. Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate appointments and ensure customer satisfaction. Ideal Candidates : Have a friendly, outgoing personality and enjoy interacting with people. Are self-motivated, reliable, and able to walk 3-5 miles daily. Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. Have reliable transportation to travel to and from work locations. Benefits : Healthcare coverage available after 60 days of continuous employment. 401K enrollment eligibility after one year of service.
