Case Managerthrough accurate, clear, concise and timely written and oral communications.Job RequirementsMinimum EducationAssociate of Science in Nursing- RequiredB.S.N. PreferredRequired Licenses[Kentucky, United States] Registered NurseKentucky State RN LicenseMinimum Work ExperienceAt Least 1 Year Wound Care ExperienceBLS and ACLS Required within 3 months of hire. PALS Preferred but not required.CWON, WOCN, CWS, WCC, CHRT, or CHT preferred.
