This is a PRN day shift position and our shifts are 12 hours. Key responsibilities of this role include: Evaluating assigned patient and plans Implementing and documenting care Performing various patient tests and administering medications within the scope of practice Teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self- care skills -Key qualifications to be considered for this include: License to practice as an RN in the state of Arkansas Current American Heart Association BLS certification - Current ACLS and PALS certification at start or acquired within first 60 days of employment 1+ year of experience preferred. #INDNW -ExperiencePreferred 1-2 yearsBehaviorsPreferred Enthusiastic: Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well Team Player: Works well as a member of a group Dedicated: Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrityMotivationsPreferred Flexibility: Inspired to perform well when granted the ability to set your own schedule and goals Self-Starter: Inspired to perform without outside help
