Assess and monitor patients' conditions, including vital signs and symptoms within designated inpatient specialities such as but not limited to BMT, Hematology services, Head and Neck, Neuro/Ortho and other various med/surg and/or telemetry units available Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program preferred Effective collaboration and relationship-building abilities A good decision-maker, with proven success at making timely decisions that maintain high standards of nursing care within the organization. Capable of building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
