Registered Nurse-PACU/Recovery/Surgical Departmemt - Do you want to be a valued member of a team who plays a critical role in providing excellent care to patients in a hospital setting? - If so, consider joining our team as an RN in our -Surgery Department at Siloam Springs Regional Hospital. - Key responsibilities of this role include: Evaluating assigned patient and plans Implementing and documenting care Performing various patient tests and administering medications within the scope of practice Teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self- care skills - Key qualifications to be considered for this include: License to practice as an RN in the state of Arkansas Current American Heart association BLS certification Current ACLS and PALS certification at start or acquired within first 90 days of employment Preferred 3+ years of experience in a surgical setting #INDNWBehaviorsPreferred Team Player: Works well as a member of a group Dedicated: Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done wellMotivationsPreferred Ability to Make an Impact: Inspired to perform well by the ability to contribute to the success of a project or the organization Flexibility: Inspired to perform well when granted the ability to set your own schedule and goals Self-Starter: Inspired to perform without outside help
