A company is looking for a Risk Management Lead - Regulatory Compliance. Key Responsibilities: Communicate, track, and support implementation efforts for applicable state and federal legislative and regulatory guidelines Develop detailed implementation project plans and facilitate work groups with cross-functional team leads Review documentation for compliant policies and procedures and work to improve compliance and operational efficiencies Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 8 or more years of experience in Medicare, Medicaid, risk management, and/or legislative/regulatory guidance Knowledge in regulations governing health care industries Prior demonstrated experience in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives to improve business results Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word tools
