Contact jon About the Group: A Physician-led, patient-centric network that is a professionally managed multispecialty group practice in Central Oregon Locations in Bend, Redmond, and Sisters This opening is in Bend, OR 160 providers across 30 different specialties Quality of Care leader in Central Oregon achieving a 4.9 star rating or better on nearly all value-based contracts Upper decile for customer satisfaction and earned a perfect Medicare Quality (MIPS) score of 100/100 for 2022 Epic EMR Benefits - Rheumatologist $250k-$300k, depending on experience Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, starting first month after starting employment Excellent Time Off including Provider Advanced Time Off (PATO) and holidays so employees can take a break or care for themselves and their family Salary advance Relocation assistance Short/Long Term Disability, HSA, and Life Insurance Continuing Medical Education and bonus opportunities 401K plan with company matching contribution Company paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP), life insurance, & Disability Your Role With the Company: Rheumatologist Call Schedule 1:4, supported by hospitalist team 14-22 patients per day depending on new patient and returns 4 day workweek with the day off being determined by patient access needs Rheum infusion center is adjacent to the clinic area Hospital admits and rounding are infrequent Background Profile: Rheumatologist MD / DO Board Eligible/Board Certified OR License or pending About the Area: Bend is the largest city in Central Oregon and serves as the county seat of Deschutes County.
