Registered General Nurse (RGN) at The Nursing Home Job Summary We are looking for a Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team at This Nursing Home. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality nursing care to our elderly residents in accordance with the National Health Service and Care Quality Commission standards. This role requires an individual who is committed to delivering excellent patient care and who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of our elderly residents. Responsibilities and Duties: Provide comprehensive nursing care to elderly patients, including backssment, diagnosis, planning and implementation of care plans Administer medications/treatments as prescribed by the doctor or specialist Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse rate, temperature etc. Maintain accurate records of patient's condition/progress Liaise with other healthcare professionals such as doctors, physiotherapists etc. to ensure best possible outcome for patients Assist in developing and evaluating patient care plans Provide emotional support and advice to families/carers of patients Qualifications and Skills: Registered General Nurse qualification or equivalent required Valid NMC registration required Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication skills both written & verbal Proven experience in providing high quality nursing care for elderly patients preferred but not essential Benefits: We offer competitive salary packages along with other benefits such as flexible working hours, pension scheme etc. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
