Lowe's Retail Team Members will be responsible for assisting any and all stores and pro desk associates throughout our network. Daily activities include but are not limited to: Provide World Class Customer support answering questions, delivering technical recommendations, and facilitating marketing collateral. Handle inbound and outbound calls to Lowes retail centers and Pro Desk Associates. Be a concierge for the Lowes Pro Desk Associates when they have pricing and order questions, product related issues and material defect reports. Work through escalated issues by being the main contact between the Lowe's store and other internal departments. Working with Customer Service teams to resolve HO/Lowe's related issues. Coordinate rail takeoffs between the store and our local retail team. Proactively engage stores by calling to check in to see how things are going and if they need support (marketing materials, training, etc...) Assist the Pro Store Reps with navigating ordering systems. Handle each interaction in a timely and professional manner. Follow the provided procedures to ensure accurate information is being shared. Build lasting relationships with the the Retail store and other Call Center team members. Communicate regularly with internal teams and external partners to coordinate order processing activities, address issues, and drive cross-functional collaboration. Demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively. Manage multiple projects-prioritizing and planning for best customer outcomes. Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position. Experience, Education and Computer skills: Previous building products experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required. Sales Experience and/or Customer Service Experience required, preferably in a contact center environment. High School Diploma or GED required. Knowledge of MS operating systems and WS office software programs including MS Word, Excel, and Power Point. Familiarity of CRMs such as SalesForce preferred but not required Position Qualifications A positive attitude, customer focused attention to detail Strong interpersonal, motivational and communication skills Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service Ability to operate effectively in multiple platforms Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and follow-through A can-do attitude focused on creative problem solving that drives engagement Ability to thrive in a team environment. Ability to use Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and basic Excel High desire to drive results, to surpass current goals Ability to make decisions or take actions to solve a problem or reach a goal.
