Every one of our Retail Customer Service Representatives should feel empowered to deliver a world-class sales experience to customers that truly make an impactful difference. Retail Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: Interact and greet potential customers, introduce our clean energy alternatives in order to educate customer, meet their individual needs, and close a sale in need be in a retail setting Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance expectations in each location, including personal and team sales goals Communicate a desire for ongoing learning and welcome all available opportunities to increase individual and team performance Completes sales transactions quickly and accurately while maintaining confidentiality standards Create, foster, and grow relationships with clients by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Use available tools to stay current on clean energy initiatives and help execute profitable sales growth Retail Customer Service Representative Qualifications: Proven success in customer service or clean energy sales High school diploma or GED required Proven ability to multi-task and adhere to a fast-paced, collaborative team environment Outgoing, friendly, driven, and energetic personality Excellent face-to-face relationship-building skills Ability to grasp people's attention and draw them in Skilled at problem-solving and conflict resolution High energy, great organization skills, and uncompromising Integrity Tremendous sense of urgency and customer service orientation #LI-Onsite Powered by JazzHR
