Position: Restorative Nurse, LPN Job Type: Full Time Licensure: * Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN Nursing license * Must have thorough understanding of the Restorative Nursing Manual, it's programs and NHC philosophy. * Must implement a Restorative Nursing Program to assist patients to reach their maximum level of functioning in accordance with the NHC procedures, State and Federal Regulations.
