We are looking for a Restaurant Floor Manager to join the Food & Beverage team at the Fairlane Hotel in downtown Nashville, TN. This role is responsible for managing and organizing daily restaurant operations with the goal of controlling costs and providing a high-quality experience to customers. You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. We expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:• Act as the restaurant supervisor on duty• Assist the bar and host stand as needed• Help coordinate daily front-of-house operations• Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity Qualifications:• Food and beverage experience preferred• Hospitality experience required• Must be eligible to work in the USA Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly About Company: Where timeless style meets modern sensibility, and service reigns supreme, the Fairlane Hotels creates a beautiful and vibrant setting for your stay with just the right balance of luxury and rebellious spirit.
