Baggett Heating & Cooling in Clarksville, TN is actively seeking a full-time Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair problems with residential heating and air conditioning systems. Our Residential HVAC Service Technicians typically work Monday - Friday from 7:30 - 4:30 with rotating holiday and on-call schedules . This HVAC technician position comes with a competitive wage starting at $23 per hour , depending on skill level and performance. There are also opportunities for extra pay from setting leads and selling optional products and services . We provide generous benefits and perks , including paid personal time off, paid holidays, paid supplemental insurance, retirement match, and paid vacation after one year . You will even get a paid day off on your birthday ! After 90 days, we also offer prorated sick/personal time of up to 5 days per calendar year . QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESIDENTIAL HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN 2+ years of experience servicing residential HVAC systems EPA Certification Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work from heights or small crawl spaces and in inclement weather A valid driver's license and a clean driving record NATE Core and other specialty certifications preferred but not required.
