Someone with residential retrofit / changeout, experience. Company paid hands-on training including NATE Certifications, and dealer training for equipment we install and service. Benefits: 80% Paid Medical for employee Paid vacation 6 Paid holidays Company vehicle / iPad / phone / uniform 401k with company match Job Title: Residential HVAC Installer Pay Scale: $27.00 to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience Work Hours: 7:00am to 4:00pm Work Schedule : Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime What you will be doing: Installing residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems Apply all codes for residential and light commercial Test and balance systems Providing excellent customer service and high-quality experience for our customers Supervise the work of other installers maintaining high quality and timely job performance Qualifications: Valid driver's license & insurable driving record 2 + years of HVAC Installation experience Job lead experience Able to train and supervise others EPA Type 2 or Universal Certification NATE Certifications or obtain once employed; Company scheduled & paid Proficient in HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation of all residential and light commercial systems General knowledge in all HVAC low voltage systems Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for the customer as well as the company High school diploma or its equivalent Pass background check and drug screen Check us out online: www.bensheating.com HVAC installer, journeyman, installation technician, HVAC HVAC Technician, AC installer, AC Company
