QUALIFICATIONS FOR A Residential Exterior Construction Foreman A 2-year winning record in residential construction 1 year crew leadership experience preferred Ability to read plans and blueprints Ability to withstand Mother Nature's tactics Athletic ability to lift, climb, stretch and perform other tasks typically associated with construction work Leadership ability Do you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information in layman's terms and remain calm in emotionally charged situations?
