Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Electrical Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of electrical systems, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing residential electrical projects. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate a team of electricians and apprentices on residential electrical projects. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute electrical installations and repairs. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and appliances. Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure deadlines are met. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns. Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge of electrical systems. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used, labor hours, and project expenses. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to procure materials and services needed for projects. Conduct regular safety inspections and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on job sites. Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience in residential electrical work, with at least 4 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Journeyman or Master Electrician license in the state of Utah. Strong understanding of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Proficiency in using electrical tools, equipment, and testing instruments. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
