We are looking for compassionate and patient Caregivers/Resident Assistants that are eager to make a difference in the lives of seniors. Mennonite Village is a not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community. For over 75 years our mission has been to be a Christ-centered community providing life-enriching services. Pay $16.00 - $20.01 depending on experience - shift differential of an additional $1 for hours worked between 10PM & 6AM and an additional $1 for weekends. Sign on bonuses up to $500. S hift will be Full Time Days 5:30AM-2PM. As a Resident Assistant at Quail Run Assisted Living, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents through compassionate care and professionalism. You will be helping the residents with daily tasks such as getting ready for their day, delivering meals to their apartments, taking their vitals, assist with toileting, promoting participation in activities, answering calls lights when additional assistance is needed, and maintaining accurate documentation. Physical requirements include: Regularly lifting 10-50 lbs. during various care and housekeeping duties. Occasionally lift residents weighing over 100 lbs. Ability to safely move frequently during workday, including carrying, lifting, standing, sitting, bending, reaching, and kneeling. Ability to push and/or pull wheelchairs and other equipment.
