Position Details Provides activity support, meal service, medication administration and resident cares. Works under the direction and supervision of the RN to assist the tenant in meeting and/or maintaining their highest practicable physical and mental functioning. Time is split between Northwinds, St. James Manor, and Briarwood. What Y ou Offer Successful completion of competency evaluation. Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, and act in a positive, professional manner. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently. Aptitude to learn how to operate the assigned patient care equipment safely and effectively. Must possess a home/cell phone so assignment changes and updates can be communicated. Must be able to pass background study through the Minnesota Department of Human Services. Work Schedule We offer flexible scheduling through varying shifts. Most schedules include rotating weekends and holidays. Shift differentials are available for evening and night shifts. Full-Time - Nights: 10:30pm-8:30am | 70 hours pay period Part-Time - Weekends: 6:30am-3:00pm or 8:30am-10:30am What We Offer People join Perham Health for the opportunities and stay because of the culture.
