Job Title: Residence Manager Location: Frankfurt Germany Salary: Competitive + Benefits As a Residence Manager, you will oversee and lead the operational management of student housing spaces in Frankfurt. Your role is crucial in ensuring a vibrant, safe, and enjoyable environment for students, maintaining excellent standards, and fostering a sense of community. Key Responsibilities: Manage Our Spaces: Oversee the operational calendar, student lifecycle, and building management, ensuring smooth operations from arrival to departure and summer turnover. Lead and mentor the team to foster a positive and welcoming environment for students, encouraging innovative ideas and solutions. Conduct regular health and safety inspections, manage incidents, and ensure property maintenance and presentation standards are met. Deliver on Income Targets: Drive initiatives to meet income targets, enhance sales opportunities, manage budgets, and monitor residence budget and profit and loss reporting. Develop and maintain relationships with local universities and key stakeholders to strengthen referral networks. Student Experience: Ensure students receive an exceptional living experience by handling complaints, monitoring feedback, and implementing action plans to exceed expectations. Organize engagement activities, community events, and maintain a sustainable and responsible living environment for students. Our Team of Client's Team Members: Lead recruitment, development, and engagement of the team, set clear objectives aligned with business goals, and ensure policies and procedures are followed. Foster an inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, career growth, and regular performance discussions. Additional Responsibilities: Flexibility in work hours, occasional weekend or evening work, as needed, particularly during busy periods.
