The Research and Development Coordinator will play an active role in the strategic product planning of the company by providing ongoing research-based input. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Support the Solutions Manager with research, development and launch of new features and product lines Perform extensive research in order to plan, design, develop and build innovative product lines and technologies Research, document, and deliver detailed reviews of competitive products including analysis of product features, design, perceived strengths and weaknesses. Research product ideas to determine their viability, and research how existing products on the market are performing Gather data on consumers, competitors, and market conditions Analyze data, extract key insights and share learnings in order to inform decisions by specified deadlines QUALIFICATIONS: Analytical, with strong researching skills necessary to execute projects and provide updates to management Ability to work both autonomously and in constant collaboration with teammates Desire to delve into details to understand how they fit into the big picture Experience conducting research in support of digital product development or innovation Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to meet research project deadlines EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: 1+ years in an operational role, payment processing experience a plus 1+ years of project, implementation, integration, or related efforts, preferably in the payments space Must have experience working with computer hardware or software 2+ years market research experience SALARY: This role includes quarterly profit-sharing bonuses as part of a total compensation package, in addition to commissions and a full range of medical, dental, retirement planning, and/or other benefits. Base salary range: $54,000 - $72,000 Salary including quarterly profit-sharing bonus and comprehensive benefits program range (annualized): $72,525 - $94,125 WHY WORK HERE?
