We can't wait to connect with you! This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in Canada. This position works 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Eastern Standard Time. What your impact will be: Provide quality video and telephone support to our customers, employing a high degree of customer service, technical expertise, and timeliness Maintain currency with the SDS Product Suite and auxiliary tools such as Office 365; stay knowledgeable in on-going hardware and operating system trends Deliver structured training on the use of SDS products by following a pre-defined curriculum in a webinar/remote setting while adhering at all times to pre-established protocols Assist with Quality Assurance testing as required while balancing call resolutions and response times As assigned, maintain task sensitive instruction manuals in accordance with the pre-established documentation standards (i. e. Payroll Year End, Accounting Year End) to be used as a training and support tool Travel is required (Up to 10%) What we are looking for: 3+ years’ experience in a customer service role Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral.
